Pinot Noir Vinegar
This Red Wine Vinegar is made from locally grown and produced Pinot Noir, then it is placed in a vat with ‘The Mother’, a bacterial starter, that converts the alcohol in the wine into acetic acid also known as vinegar. This RWV has the tartness of vinegar and has retained the sweetness of Pinot Noir. Available in a 250ml bottle.
