Our ‘Royal Red Wine Vinegar’ is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc aged in French Oak barrels for at least 12 years – it has been made with ‘time and patience’. A powerful condiment excellent for finishing sauces, marinades, dressing or use for making vinaigrettes. This product has been grown and aged in the Bass Coast region of Victoria. Unpasteurized and unfiltered this Red Wine Vinegar has an acetic acid level of approximately 6% and contains ‘The Mother’.
