We provide a pure form of Australian olive oil to our Customer’s. Frantoio, the champion olive variety of Tuscany, Italy, is highly suited to the growing conditions in Fish Creek, South Gippsland. This single varietal oil is distinctive in flavor and green in color. A smooth buttery flavor with an aroma of fresh green apples; an excellent complement with pasta, seafood, meats, vegetables, or ideal for dipping or salad dressings. Cold pressed, hand-picked, fed only on natural rainwater. We don’t use any sprays or fertilizers during the production of this oil. Oleic Acid Level – 0.2%.
