Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Since it’s beginning The Gold River Company has produced ‘Pure Frantoio’ [250ml bottle] a green single varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Frantoio is a Tuscan [Northern Italian] variety of olive that is arguably the best of all olive varieties and certainly one of the few that can be used without blending with other olive varieties.

We sell a second Extra Virgin Olive Oil – ‘Tuscan Sunshine’ [500ml bottle]. This oil is a blend of “Corregiola and Frantoio” and is also a green oil. Both ‘Pure Frantoio’ and ‘Tuscan Sunshine’ are grown and cold pressed in South Gippsland and are available in bulk.
