Aged Red Wine Vinegar

Our aged Merlot Vinegars are grown and produced in Gippsland. Left to mature in French Oak Barrels for at least 12 years this Red Wine Vinegar is made with time and patience. Unfiltered, unpasteurized and contains ‘The Mother’.
