Sauvignon Blanc Vinegar Glaze is made by adding the Mother to Sauvignon Blanc wine and placing both in French Oak barrels and waiting for the wine to turn to wine vinegar. It is then placed in a pot with raw sugar and reduced until it creates a thick glaze.
