Our Saffron H.Q. is grown, cured and harvested in Mirboo North, Gippsland and is a long strand variety with a deep burgundy colour. Premium quality, use this Saffron in: paella, casseroles, desserts, sauces, cakes, scones, drinks etc… Four strands makes 1 main course. Steep in White Wine, Gin, Vodka, Cointreau then add to sauces for increased flavour. Approximately 8 strands will infuse a 700ml bottle of Vodka or Gin allowing you to make exotic cocktails. We are currently selling glass vials containing 25 strands.
